Our Story

Andrew Mihaychuk,
Chef

Andrew started as a cook in 2004 and has worked in several different restaurants since.  He has an interest and appreciation for all different cultures’ art and cuisine as well as a deep respect for creativity and originality. A firm believer in supporting local, Chef Andrew enjoys creating dishes using locally and ethically sourced products.  Joining WOW! Hospitality in 2019, Andrew has worked for three of their concepts and is proud and excited to be the Chef of the Peasant Cookery in the heart of the Exchange District of Winnipeg.
